This is the episode for anyone who’s ever felt called to something bigger—but held back by fear.

In this unfiltered, behind-the-scenes coaching session, Josselyne sits down with Carmen Reyes—an ambitious, visionary woman standing at the edge of expansion.

You get to be a fly on the wall as Carmen opens up about what’s really holding her back from saying yes to bigger projects, bolder dreams, and the next level of her life. And spoiler alert: it’s not lack of time, talent, or resources. It’s something way more human.

Josselyne coaches her through the mindset traps that keep high performers stuck in smallness—like thinking you have to do it all alone, or shrinking your vision to match what feels “manageable.”

In this conversation, you’ll hear:

  • How to use your vision as a lens to evaluate what’s next
  • What to do when fear shows up disguised as “being responsible”
  • The power of delegation—not just as a tactic, but as a transformational shift
  • And the exact moment Carmen realizes she’s been the bottleneck in her own dreams

If you’ve ever second-guessed a bold move or shrunk your goals to make life more comfortable—this episode is for you.

Listen in, and you’ll leave ready to trust your vision, own your leadership, and take action—before you feel ready.
