Five Daily Practices to Be Unmessablewith

Today, I’m excited to share a list of five daily practices you can incorporate into your routine to ensure you have an unmessablewith day, every day. These steps are designed to help you stay centered and in the drivers seat, no matter what challenges come your way.

1.Pre-Create a Game for the Day

The first thing to do when you wake up is to avoid reaching for your phone or social media. Instead, focus on pre-creating a “game” for the day. The concept of a game is powerful—it sets the stage for your actions and mindset.

Choose a Theme: Decide on a game by identifying something that is more important than not (e.g., joy, efficiency, peace). Experiential Focus: Your game should be in the realm of being or experience, not results. Think about creating a space for joy, peace, or courage.

2. Connect the Space to Actions or Promises

Once you’ve established your game, link it to specific actions or promises that will manifest this space in your reality.

Promises: Make promises that align with your game (e.g., “I promise to make three people laugh today” for a game of happiness). Inactions: Alternatively, promise not to engage in certain behaviors (e.g., “I promise not to yell at my kids today” for a game of peace).

3. Schedule Unproductive Time

Dedicate 20-45 minutes daily to what I call unproductive time.

No Agenda: Spend this time without any goal or agenda. This could be taking a walk, enjoying a cup of tea, or watching TV. The key is to allow yourself to simply be without the pressure to produce results.

4. Complete Your Day

At a set time each evening, review your day and ensure it’s complete.

Review and Reschedule: Go through your calendar or to-do list and check off what you’ve accomplished. Move any unfinished tasks to a new date and time to keep your calendar realistic and uncluttered.

5. Look Ahead and Plan

Finally, look at the next three days to anticipate and address potential incompletions.

Communication and Rescheduling: Ensure you have all necessary information and communicate with anyone involved in your upcoming plans. Reschedule tasks as needed to maintain a clear and manageable schedule.

By practicing these five steps daily, you will be consistently creating space and clarity in your life, allowing you to stay focused, proactive, and truly unmessablewith.
