Transformation isn’t about following someone else’s truth. It’s about discovering your own power, trusting your voice, and becoming the source of your life.
In this episode of the Be Unmessablewith podcast, Josselyne Herman-Saccio sits down with legendary transformational leader Marcia Martin, one of the original architects of the modern human potential movement. From working alongside Werner Erhard in the earliest days of est to helping grow the work of Tony Robbins, LifeSpring, the Hoffman Process, and other transformational leaders, Marcia has spent more than five decades at the forefront of personal development.
But this conversation goes far beyond the history of transformation. Josselyne and Marcia explore what real transformation actually requires, why the need to be right can rob you of possibility, and the danger of giving your personal power away to a teacher, guru, methodology, or belief system. They also unpack why being willing to fail, practice, and become a beginner is essential to mastery, and why stillness may be one of the most powerful tools you have for accessing who you really are.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
- Why being right can keep you stuck and disconnected from possibility
- How to stop looking outside yourself for answers and access your own personal power
- Why transformation requires practice, not just understanding
- How being willing to become a beginner opens the door to mastery
- Why stillness is essential for creativity, clarity, and creating what’s next
- How to move through fear instead of pretending it isn’t there
- What it really means to be Unmessablewith when circumstances don’t go according to plan
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, leader, coach, creator, or someone committed to your own transformation, this conversation is an invitation to stop looking for someone else to tell you who to be, trust your own voice, and create your life from who you really are.
