Waiting is the ENEMY of creation.

If there is one thing I’ve learned after decades of coaching, creating, failing, succeeding, pivoting, and reinventing, it’s this:

Waiting is the enemy of creation.

We think waiting keeps us safe. We think waiting gives us time to prepare. We think waiting lets us avoid the discomfort of not having all the answers.

But waiting is not neutral. Waiting is active. Waiting is doing something. It’s rehearsing your limitations. It’s practicing hesitation. It’s strengthening the muscle of “maybe later.”

And every minute we wait, we unintentionally build evidence for the lie that we are not ready.

Here’s the truth most people don’t want to say out loud: You will never feel fully ready to create the life you want. Not once. Not ever.

There is no magical morning where you wake up and think, “Yes, today is the day I have zero fear, no doubts, and total clarity.”

Creation doesn’t work like that.

Creation happens through movement, not before it. Vision becomes real through action, not contemplation. Momentum comes from doing, not analyzing.

Every time you choose action over waiting – even the tiniest step – you reclaim power from the world of reaction and plant yourself firmly back in the world of creation.

If you’re waiting… for the right moment, for someone to validate your dream, for the fear to disappear, for perfection, for the money, for the time, for permission –

you will wait forever.

Waiting is a sedative. Action wakes you up.

Creation doesn’t need confidence. Creation needs movement. One step. One email. One conversation. One promise kept.

So ask yourself today:

Where am I waiting instead of creating?

And then – don’t wait for the answer to feel inspirational or profound – just take one step. Any step. Because the moment you move, your vision moves too.

Waiting is the enemy. Creation is the way.

You get to choose which world you’re in today.
